1. Purpose

These terms of use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Blue Line website, available at https://bluelineonepiece.com, published by Julien Houyet (VAT BE 0808.916.850).

2. Acceptance

Accessing the site and creating an account imply full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must refrain from using the service.

3. Description of the service

Blue Line provides a catalog of One Piece Card Game cards (expansions, boosters, starter decks, promos), their characteristics as well as market prices provided for information purposes only, sourced from Cardmarket. The service is provided free of charge.

Blue Line is an independent information service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or approved by Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation or Cardmarket. No sale, purchase or trade of cards takes place through the site.

4. Indicative nature of prices

The prices displayed are indicative estimates taken from third-party sources. They may be outdated, inaccurate or differ significantly from actual market prices. They constitute neither an offer to sell, nor a guarantee of value, nor investment advice. Any decision to buy, sell or trade is your sole responsibility.

5. User account

Some features require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity carried out through it.

Account creation is reserved for persons aged at least 13 years. You may request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to us via the contact form.

6. Permitted use

The site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. In particular, you are prohibited from:

  • extracting, copying or reusing a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the Blue Line database, including through automated extraction (scraping, bots, unauthorized API access);
  • reproducing or redistributing the site's content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization;
  • disrupting the operation of the site, circumventing its security measures or overloading its infrastructure;
  • using the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties;
  • creating multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete, without notice, any account that breaches these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The original elements of the site (structure, interface, editorial texts, graphic elements specific to the service) as well as the database compiled by the publisher are protected, in particular by copyright and the sui generis right of the database producer.

Elements relating to the One Piece universe and the One Piece Card Game remain the property of their respective owners and are reproduced for information purposes. See the Legal Notice.

8. Availability of the service

The publisher strives to keep the site accessible but does not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors or interruptions. The service may be suspended, modified or discontinued at any time, in particular for maintenance or technical upgrades, without giving rise to any right to compensation.

9. Liability

The site is provided "as is". The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site, the inaccuracy of the information published, a service interruption or the loss of data. These limitations do not apply in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence or bodily injury, in accordance with Belgian law.

10. Links to third-party sites

The site may link to external resources over which the publisher has no control. You access them at your own risk.

11. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be amended at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time you use the service. In the event of a substantial change, users with an account will be informed.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, only the competent Belgian courts and tribunals shall have jurisdiction.
