This policy explains how the Blue Line website, available at https://bluelineonepiece.com, collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian law of July 30, 2018.

2. Data collected
When you use Blue Line, the following data may be collected:
- Account data: email address, username and password (stored in encrypted form, never in plain text), when you create an account.
- Data you save: cards, lists and preferences that you voluntarily add to your personal space.
- Browsing data: pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, truncated IP address, via Google Analytics 4. This data is collected only with your prior consent, given through the window displayed on your first visit.
- Technical operating data: connection logs generated by the hosting provider, necessary for the security and proper functioning of the service.
- Contact data: the information you voluntarily provide when you write to us.
Blue Line uses no advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok or other), no third-party tracking tools other than Google Analytics, and performs no advertising profiling.
3. Purposes of processing
- creating, managing and securing your user account;
- allowing you to save and retrieve your personal collection data;
- ensuring the operation, stability and security of the site;
- measuring audience and improving the content and usability of the service;
- responding to your requests when you contact us.
4. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR): management of your account and the data you save in it.
- Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): audience measurement via Google Analytics.
- Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR): site security, prevention of abuse and fraudulent access.
5. Retention period
- Account data: kept as long as your account is active, then deleted upon your deletion request.
- Audience measurement data: kept for a maximum of 14 months in accordance with Google Analytics settings.
- Technical logs: kept for a few months at most, for security purposes.
- Email exchanges: kept for as long as necessary to handle your request.
6. Recipients and processors
Your data is neither sold, rented nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by the following providers, strictly within the scope of the purposes described:

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us via the contact form. You will receive a response within one month.

8. Cookies

9. Deleting your account
You may request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to us via the contact form from the address associated with your account. The following will then be deleted: your account information (email, username, password) and all saved collection data and preferences.
10. Minimum age
Blue Line is not intended for children under 13 years of age and no data concerning them is knowingly collected. If you notice that a minor under 13 has created an account, contact us so that it can be deleted.
11. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure: password encryption, secure HTTPS connection and restricted access to the database.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or to regulations. The version in force is the one published on this page.
