Charlotte Katakuri as a Purple Leader
The ST-34 Leader looks at the top card of the opponent's deck, echoing Katakuri's Observation Haki in the manga. The effect lets you play on information the opponent does not have, and plan your turns accordingly.
Among the new cards, Charlotte Cracker and Charlotte Katakuri return DON!! from the cost area to deploy large Characters ahead of schedule, Charlotte Brulée filters the deck, and Baron Tamago & Pekoms remove a small opposing target. The curve tops out on Charlotte Linlin, a 10-cost Character with 12000 power, as the finisher.
Effect, cost, colour: it is all on the individual page of each card.
Playstyle
ST-34 is a mono-purple control deck built on two axes: anticipation through the Leader effect, and the DON!! acceleration that defines the colour, letting you land expensive Characters a turn early.
It has the steepest learning curve of the wave, but also the highest competitive ceiling. The support ST-34 brings has noticeably sped up this Leader's game plan, which had until now been considered mediocre despite the strength of the archetype behind it.
Who it's for
ST-34 is for the player who enjoys planning several turns ahead and accepts a few learning games before the deck pays off. It is not the best first deck of the wave, but it is arguably the most interesting over time.
Competitively, the ST-34 exclusives were among the most discussed of the wave, particularly the 10-cost finisher.
Beginners Deck Party
Bandai backed the release with the Beginners Deck Party, played in stores over 31 July to 30 August 2026. The six ST-31 to ST-36 decks were the only lists allowed, and prize support came in six versions of each card tier.
Tournament legality
ST-34 cards are legal in official tournaments seven days after the release date in your region. They can be played from the pre-release date at participating local game stores.
Collecting, rarity and market
Starter deck cards carry their deck's code (ST34-001, ST34-002 and so on) and are mostly reprints of previously released cards. Individual values stay modest as a rule, the exception being the new cards, whose prices depend on how far they are adopted in competitive play.
You'll find an average price on the page of each ST-34 card. It moves with the market, chiefly on rarity, condition and demand.

ST-34 is also printed in French and Japanese.
