Monkey D. Luffy as a purple/black Leader
The ST-26 Leader makes an open trade: with a DON!! card attached, all of your Characters cost 1 more. In exchange, every time 2 or more DON!! cards return from your field to your DON!! deck, you get back one active DON!! card and one rested one.
The deck therefore does not treat DON!! as a counter that only goes up. It treats it as a cycle: spend, recover, repeat. It is the most original build in the wave.
Among the new cards, Nico Robin and Monkey D. Luffy arrive as Super Rares, alongside Soba Mask, General Franky and Tony Tony Chopper.
Individual card pages give the effect text, the cost and the colour of each card.
How it plays
ST-26 is a resource deck. The cost penalty means fewer Characters per turn, but the DON!! recovery lets it chain turns that other decks simply cannot pay for.
It is the wave's most planning-heavy deck: every DON!! card you spend needs a route back, otherwise the cost penalty is just a penalty.
Who it is for
ST-26 is for a curious beginner willing to play a deck that does not reward improvisation. It gives the deepest understanding of what DON!! cards actually are in this game's economy.
Established players pick it up for the new cards, notably the Nico Robin Super Rare, and for the Wano-era reprints of the crew.
Beginners Deck Party
Bandai ran the Beginners Deck Party in stores to launch the wave. No deck building was allowed: you played one of the six ST-23 to ST-28 lists as it came, for a participation card and, if you won, a second one.
Tournament legality
ST-26 cards are legal in official tournaments seven days after the release date in your region, and playable from the pre-release date at participating local game stores.
Collecting, rarity and market
Starter deck cards carry their deck's code (ST26-001, ST26-003 and so on) and are partly reprints. The most followed here are the Nico Robin and Monkey D. Luffy Super Rares.
Card by card, the average value is shown on the matching page. It shifts with the market, with rarity, condition and demand.
