Starter Deck 14: 3D2Y is a starter deck of the One Piece Card Game, identified by the code ST-14. It has been available in English since 16 August 2024. This ready-to-play 51-card deck is built around a black Leader Monkey D. Luffy. Card-by-card detail and average prices are collected further down this page.
This page moves with the official announcements. Come back for anything new.
ST-14 takes its name from the message Luffy left his crew after Marineford: 3D2Y, three days crossed out and replaced by two years. The deck is built on the crew's training arc and the versions of the characters that came out of it.

Deck contents
The ST-14 deck comes with everything you need to play straight away:
- 1 ready-to-play deck of 51 cards, including the Leader card
- 10 DON!! cards
- 1 playsheet
The rarity breakdown is 1 Leader, 2 Super Rare and 12 Common. The full card list, with rarities and average prices, is built into this page.
Monkey D. Luffy as a black Leader
The ST-14 Leader is Monkey D. Luffy in black. With a DON!! card attached, all of your Characters cost 1 more, and the Leader gains +1000 power as long as you control a Character costing 8 or more.
The cost increase is not a drawback by accident: it is what turns your own Characters into cost-8 threats, which is the condition the Leader is checking for. The deck is built to make its own requirement true.
The two Super Rares are Sanji (ST14-003) and Nami (ST14-006). Individual card pages give the effect text, the cost and the colour of each card.
How it plays
ST-14 is a deck that plays fewer, larger Characters and accepts a slower start in exchange for a board its opponent has to answer with real resources.
Black's cost manipulation cuts both ways here, and learning to read your own inflated costs correctly is the main skill the deck asks for.
Who it is for
ST-14 suits a player who has already played a few games and wants a deck with a genuine build-around condition rather than a straightforward plan.
Experienced players return to it for the Straw Hat crew reprints and for the black Luffy Leader, which stayed relevant well past release.
Tournament legality
ST-14 cards are legal in official tournaments from the pre-release date in your region, subject to the official Bandai restriction list.
Collecting, rarity and market
The Sanji and Nami Super Rares carry most of the value in the deck, with the Leader close behind.
Card by card, the average value is shown on the matching page. It shifts with the market, with rarity, condition and demand.
Other printings
ST-14 is also printed in Japanese. It has never been printed in French: the French edition of the game began in February 2025 with the ST-15 to ST-20 decks.
