Ultra Deck: The Three Brothers
April 19, 2024 · 35 cards
Ultra Deck: The Three Brothers is a premium deck of the One Piece Card Game, identified by the code ST-13. It has been available in English since 19 April 2024. This ready-to-play 51-card deck is built around three yellow-paired Leaders and every card in it is holographic. The complete card list and its average prices are laid out in the rest of this page.
This page shadows the official news, and every development on ST-13 is recorded here.
ST-13 is the second Ultra Deck, after ST-10. Its subject is the bond between Luffy, Ace and Sabo, and it gives each brother his own Leader card in the same box.

Deck contents
The ST-13 box contains:
- 1 ready-to-play deck of 51 cards, entirely holographic
- 2 alternative Leader cards, in addition to the one in the deck
- 10 DON!! cards
- 1 playsheet
- 1 card case
- 1 Bonus Pack of 3 cards drawn at random from 16 types, in alternate designs
The rarity breakdown is 3 Leaders, 4 Super Rare, 1 Rare and 11 Common. The whole card pool can be browsed below, with the matching rarities and average values.
One Leader per brother
All three Leaders pair a colour with yellow, so the same card pool supports all of them:
- Sabo (red/yellow, ST13-001) - puts a large Character face up on your Life to buff another one
- Portgas D. Ace (blue/yellow, ST13-002) - digs five cards deep and stacks a cost-5 Character face up on your Life
- Monkey D. Luffy (black/yellow, ST13-003) - changes a rule of the game: your face-up Life cards go to the bottom of your deck instead of to your hand
The four Super Rares are Sabo (ST13-008), Portgas D. Ace (ST13-011), Monkey D. Garp (ST13-013) and Monkey D. Luffy (ST13-015). The exact contents of every ST-13 card, effect, cost and colour, are reachable from its own page.
How it plays
All three Leaders build around face-up Life cards, a mechanic the game uses to turn your own damage counter into a staging area. You place cards there deliberately, then cash them in.
It is a more demanding idea than most preconstructed decks carry, which is part of why ST-13 sits in the premium tier rather than the beginner one.
Who it is for
ST-13 is playable out of the box but aimed at established players: full foil, three Leaders, a card case and a Bonus Pack of alternate designs.
The random draw of 3 cards from 16 types encourages buying more than one copy, which is a deliberate part of the format.
Tournament legality
ST-13 cards are legal in official tournaments from the pre-release date in your region, subject to the official Bandai restriction list.
Collecting, rarity and market
The three brothers are among the most collected characters in the series, and a fully foil deck devoted to them has held its value well. The three Leaders, the four Super Rares and the 16 Bonus Pack designs are all in demand.
Average prices appear on every card page and are refreshed against the market. Rarity, condition and demand remain the main drivers.
Other printings
ST-13 is also printed in Japanese. It has never been printed in French, although some of its cards were later distributed in French as promotional cards.
