ST-07 is the first all-yellow deck in the game. It released on the same day as OP-03 Pillars of Strength, the set that introduced yellow, and shares its cast: the Big Mom Pirates.

Charlotte Linlin as a yellow Leader
The ST-07 Leader is Charlotte Linlin. With two DON!! cards attached, while attacking, she lets you take a Life card into your hand and, if you are down to two Life or fewer, put a card from your hand back on top of your Life instead.
That is yellow in a sentence: your Life total is not a countdown, it is a second hand of cards that you move in and out at will.
The two Super Rares are Charlotte Katakuri (ST07-003) and Charlotte Linlin (ST07-010). The exact wording of effects and costs sits on the individual card pages reachable from here.
How it plays
ST-07 is a late-game deck. It trades Life for cards early, then rebuilds that Life once it is low enough for its own effects to switch on.
The skill is in the margin: dropping too low leaves you dead to a single good turn, staying too high leaves half the deck inactive.
Who it is for
ST-07 suits a player who is comfortable taking damage on purpose. It is the best teaching tool in the early product line for the Life area as a resource rather than a score.
Experienced players return to it for the Charlotte Katakuri Super Rare, a card that stayed relevant in the format long after release.
Tournament legality
ST-07 cards are legal in official tournaments from the pre-release date in your region, subject to the official Bandai restriction list.
Collecting, rarity and market
As the deck that introduced the game's sixth and final colour, ST-07 carries a historical premium. The Charlotte Katakuri and Charlotte Linlin Super Rares are the cards most in demand.

Other printings
ST-07 is also printed in Japanese. It has never been printed in French: the French edition of the game began in February 2025 with the ST-15 to ST-20 decks.
