November 8, 2024 · 319 cards
Premium Booster -The Best- is a Premium Booster of the One Piece Card Game, identified by the code PRB-01. It has been available in English since 8 November 2024, with cards legal in tournaments from 15 November. The set contains 111 card types plus 30 DON!! cards. This page details the contents card by card, with values taken from the market.
Everything currently known about PRB-01 is filled in as Bandai announces it.
PRB-01 is a format of its own: a premium reprint booster. It does not tell a story from the manga, it gathers the most popular cards from sets OP-01 to OP-06 and reissues them, largely in alternate art.

The best of the first six sets
The card pool is drawn from OP-01 through OP-06 plus a number of older starter decks. For players who came to the game later, PRB-01 is the most practical route to cards that had otherwise gone out of print.
Most of the reprints come with new illustrations rather than the original art, which is what separates a Premium Booster from a straight reprint set.
Set contents
The composition of PRB-01 is as follows:
- 111 card types, plus 30 DON!! cards
- 1 Leader, 23 Common, 25 Uncommon, 21 Rare, 29 Super Rare, 8 Secret Rare
- 4 promotional cards
- Display of 20 packs
The share of Super Rare and Secret Rare cards is far higher than in a standard set, which is the point of the premium format.
Each card in the product is listed here, with its rarity and observed average price.
Sanji, the only new Leader
PRB-01 holds a single new Leader card: a red Sanji (PRB01-001) that grants Rush to one of your Characters costing 8 or less without an On Play effect. It is a direct acceleration tool, letting a Character attack the turn it arrives.
Refer to each card's page for its precise effect, its cost and its colour.
Thirty DON!! cards
The set introduces 30 DON!! card types, a volume nothing else in the game comes close to, some of them with a gold foil treatment. DON!! cards have no effect in play, but they have become a collecting line in their own right.
PRB-01 also carries Manga versions, notably of Tony Tony Chopper and Nami, alongside a large run of new alternate arts.
Notable cards
The 8 Secret Rares reissue landmark cards from the early sets, among them Shanks, Yamato, Kuzan, Charlotte Katakuri, Kaido and Monkey D. Luffy.
Products and formats
PRB-01 cards are spread across several products, available since 8 November 2024:
- Premium booster packs
- Display of 20 packs
Tournament legality
PRB-01 cards are legal in official tournaments from 15 November 2024, one week after release. Reprints keep the text of their original card unless the card page states otherwise.
Collecting, rarity and market
PRB-01 is as much a collector's product as a playing one. The most followed cards are the 8 Secret Rares, the Manga Chopper and Nami, the alternate arts of the most-played cards, and the gold foil DON!! cards.
Values are broken out card by card. They follow the market and hinge above all on rarity, condition and demand.
Other printings
PRB-01 is also printed in French and Japanese. The French edition released on 28 February 2025 and is, for French-speaking players, the only source of cards from sets OP-01 to OP-06 in their own language.
