The Azure Sea's Seven is the fourteenth main set of the One Piece Card Game, identified by the code OP-14. It has been available in English since 16 January 2026. The product carries the full code OP14-EB04 and contains 163 card types plus two DON!! cards, including 7 Leaders. This entry gathers what is known about each card and its average value.

Confirmed news for OP-14 is added here as soon as it is published.

OP-14 is given over entirely to the Seven Warlords of the Sea, the pirates who signed on with the World Government. Seven Leaders in one set is a record for the game. The product also carries the first half of the Extra Booster EB-04 card pool, split between OP-14 and OP-15 for the western releases.

Cards in this set

The seven Warlord Leaders

OP-14 introduces seven Leader cards, one per Warlord:

  • Trafalgar Law (red) - swaps the base power of two of your Supernovas or Heart Pirates, the Ope Ope no Mi rendered directly
  • Dracule Mihawk (green) - sets three DON!! cards active, at the price of playing no Characters that turn
  • Jinbe (blue) - discards a card to hand two rested DON!! cards to a Fish-Man or Merfolk
  • Boa Hancock (blue/yellow) - draws on your opponent's turn and strips their Life when your Kuja fall
  • Donquixote Doflamingo (purple) - redirects an attack onto another Donquixote Pirates Character
  • Crocodile (black) - gives up removal entirely in exchange for slashing an opposing Character's cost by 10
  • Gecko Moria (black/yellow) - K.O.s his own Thriller Bark Characters to buff the whole board

EB-04 split across two sets

For the English and French releases, Bandai did not publish Extra Booster EB-04 as a standalone product. Its cards were divided between two main sets instead: OP-14 carries the first portion, OP-15 the second.

In practice an OP14-EB04 pack can contain cards numbered OP14 and cards numbered EB04. Those EB-04 cards are included in the card list on this page.

Notable cards

The two Secret Rares are Dracule Mihawk (OP14-119) and Crocodile (OP14-120). Mihawk is also the centrepiece on the finish side: his card exists in a Manga version and in a super alternate-art treatment.

The set further holds nine SP alternate-art types, a gold parallel, two alternate-art Event cards and a Treasure Rare.

Products and formats

OP-14 cards are spread across several products, available since 16 January 2026:

  • 12-card booster packs
  • Booster display of 24 packs
  • Double Pack Set
  • Tin Pack Set Vol.2

Tournament legality

OP-14 cards are legal in official tournaments seven days after the release date in your region, and playable from the pre-release date at participating local game stores.

Collecting, rarity and market

The Seven Warlords are among the most followed groups in the manga, and the set drew heavy attention from announcement. The most sought-after cards are the Dracule Mihawk and Crocodile Secret Rares, the Manga Mihawk, his super alternate art, the SP cards and the Treasure Rare.

You'll find an average price on the page of each OP-14 card. It moves with the market, chiefly on rarity, condition and demand.

OP-14 is also printed in French and Japanese. The French edition released on 30 January 2026.
