Legacy of the Master is the twelfth main set of the One Piece Card Game, identified by the code OP-12. It has been available in English since 22 August 2025, with cards legal in tournaments from 29 August. The set contains 128 card types plus a DON!! card, including 6 Leaders. OP-12 follows A Fist of Divine Speed (OP-11) and takes deep bonds as its theme: master and student, and the ties that hold a crew together. Silvers Rayleigh receives his Leader card here, alongside the two wings of the Straw Hat crew.

The six Leaders
OP-12 introduces six Leader cards:
- Silvers Rayleigh (red) - the Dark King imposes a hard constraint, no card costing 5 or more in your deck, in exchange for on-demand power
- Roronoa Zoro (green) - sets itself active after battling an opposing Character, at the cost of a targeting restriction
- Kuzan (blue) - turns discarding from hand with Navy cards into draws
- Sanji (blue/purple) - activates Straw Hat Events from hand and catches up on DON!! when behind
- Donquixote Rosinante (purple/yellow) - Corazon protects Trafalgar Law and discounts him, an archetype built around a single name
- Koala (black/yellow) - punishes your opponent for deploying high-cost Characters

The master, the student and the Twin Wings
The theme of the set is transmission. Silvers Rayleigh, Gol D. Roger's second-in-command and later Luffy's teacher, arrives as a Leader with an unusual build requirement: banning every card costing 5 or more forces a low, fast deck, offset by the power the Leader hands out.
The Twin Wings, Roronoa Zoro and Sanji, each receive a new Leader, while Donquixote Rosinante finally gives the Corazon and Law relationship a Leader of its own.
Notable cards
The two Secret Rares are Jewelry Bonney (OP12-118) and Bartholomew Kuma (OP12-119), two characters bound together by the Egghead arc. The set also holds two third anniversary Special cards and a Treasure Rare.

Tournament legality
OP-12 cards are legal in official tournaments from 29 August 2025, one week after release, and playable from the pre-release date at participating local game stores.
