A Fist of Divine Speed is the eleventh main set of the One Piece Card Game, identified by the code OP-11. It has been available in English since 6 June 2025, with cards legal in tournaments from 13 June. The set contains 128 card types plus a DON!! card, including 6 Leaders. OP-11 follows Royal Blood (OP-10) and delivers a major reinforcement to the Whole Cake Island and Fish-Man Island arcs. It is also the set that introduced the SWORD theme, the Navy's covert unit.

The six Leaders
OP-11 introduces six Leader cards:
- Koby (black/red) - the SWORD Leader, letting your SWORD Characters attack a Character the turn they are played
- Jinbe (green) - sets a Fish-Man or Merfolk Character and a DON!! card active at end of turn if your hand stays short
- Shirahoshi (green/yellow) - cannot attack, but deploys Sea Beasts scaled to your DON!! count
- Monkey D. Luffy (blue/purple) - 3 Life and 6000 power, digging for Straw Hat cards once you hold 8 DON!! cards
- Nami (blue/yellow) - draws whenever a card leaves either player's Life, and pumps itself on defence
- Charlotte Katakuri (purple) - Observation Haki as a card: it reads the top of your opponent's deck and gains power

SWORD, Whole Cake and Fish-Man Island
Three axes run through OP-11. The first is SWORD, the Navy's off-the-books unit led by Koby, whose Characters bypass the usual rule against attacking on the turn they arrive.
The second is Whole Cake Island, with a Charlotte Katakuri Leader that turns information about your opponent's deck into a resource. The third is Fish-Man Island, served by two green Leaders, Jinbe and Shirahoshi, the latter one of the rare Leaders unable to attack at all.
Notable cards
The two Secret Rares are Monkey D. Luffy (OP11-118) and Koby (OP11-119), the two faces of the set's title. OP-11 also carries two Special cards stamped for the game's third anniversary, along with a Treasure Rare.

An OP-11 booster pack is also included in each of the six starter decks ST-23 to ST-28, released on the same day.
Tournament legality
OP-11 cards are legal in official tournaments from 13 June 2025, one week after general release, and playable from the pre-release date at participating local game stores.

The most sought-after cards in OP-11 are the Monkey D. Luffy and Koby Secret Rares, the Treasure Rare, the two third anniversary Special cards and the alternate-art Leaders.
