Two Legends is the eighth main set of the One Piece Card Game, identified by the code OP-08. It has been available in English since 13 September 2024. The set contains 126 card types plus a DON!! card, including 6 Leaders. The complete card list and its average prices are laid out in the rest of this page.

OP-08 is built around the two legends of its title, and it is the set that finally brought Silvers Rayleigh, the Pirate King's right hand, into the game. It also rebuilt three crews at once: the Whitebeard Pirates, the Animal Kingdom Pirates and the Big Mom Pirates.

The six Leaders
OP-08 introduces six Leader cards:
- Tony Tony Chopper (green/red) - hands a rested DON!! card to up to three Animal or Drum Kingdom Characters
- Marco (blue/red) - draws, filters and weakens an opposing Character in a single activation
- Carrot (green) - rests a mid-cost opposing Character as long as you hold a Minks Character
- King (black/purple) - a modal Leader running off DON!! returned to the deck
- Charlotte Pudding (purple/yellow) - flips Life cards face up while attacking to recover a DON!! card
- Kalgara (yellow) - free-plays Shandian Warriors scaled to your DON!! count

The composition of OP-08 is as follows:
- 126 card types, plus a DON!! card
- 6 Leader cards, 45 Common, 30 Uncommon, 26 Rare, 10 Super Rare, 2 Secret Rare
- 6 Special cards and 1 Treasure Rare
- 12 cards per booster pack, booster display of 24 packs

Rayleigh enters the game
Silvers Rayleigh had been a conspicuous absence from the card pool, and OP-08 corrected it with a Character card that lowers an opposing Character's power and then K.O.s a target below 3000. The card was immediately adopted across formats, and Rayleigh went on to receive his own Leader card four sets later, in OP-12.
Around him, the set gives fresh Leaders and support to three crews at once, which made OP-08 one of the broadest sets of the period for deck builders.
Notable cards
The two Secret Rares are Silvers Rayleigh (OP08-118) and Kaido & Linlin (OP08-119), the latter a double card pairing two of the Four Emperors. The Rayleigh Secret Rare was reprinted in the Premium Booster PRB-02.

Tournament legality
OP-08 cards are legal in official tournaments from the pre-release date in your region. The set remains Standard legal, subject to the official Bandai restriction list.
Collecting, rarity and market
The Kaido & Linlin Secret Rare, one of the few double-character cards in the game, is the collector piece of the set, alongside the Rayleigh Secret Rare and the Treasure Rare.
Every OP-08 card has its average price on its own page. Those figures follow the market and react mainly to rarity, condition and demand.
Other printings
OP-08 is also printed in Japanese. It is the last set never to be printed in French: the French edition of the game began with the next set, OP-09, in February 2025.
