The six Leaders
OP-07 introduces six Leader cards:
- Monkey D. Dragon (red) - moves DON!! cards already given out onto a single Character
- Jewelry Bonney (green) - rests an opposing Leader or Character during your opponent's turn, the green control tool in its purest form
- Boa Hancock (blue) - draws whenever one of your effects removes a Character from the field
- Foxy (purple) - a Foxy Pirates build that interferes with your opponent's rested Characters
- Rob Lucci (black) - mills two cards to cut an opposing Character's cost while attacking
- Vegapunk (yellow) - 2 Life, cannot attack, and tutors Egghead cards straight out of the deck
Individual card pages give the effect text, the cost and the colour of each card.

Vegapunk, the two-Life Leader
The Vegapunk Leader is unlike anything printed before it: 2 Life instead of 5, and no ability to attack. You start three damage from defeat and you have no offence of your own, in exchange for a Leader that pulls Egghead cards out of the deck every turn.
It is the clearest example of a design principle the game returns to often: a Leader can trade almost anything, including basic survivability, for consistency.
Notable cards
The two Secret Rares are Sabo (OP07-118) and Portgas D. Ace (OP07-119). Both were reprinted in the Premium Booster PRB-02.
The Jewelry Bonney Leader from this set was later reprinted as the Leader of starter deck ST-24, which put a competitive green Leader into a beginner product.
Products and formats
OP-07 cards are spread across several products, available since 28 June 2024:
- 12-card booster packs
- Booster display of 24 packs
Tournament legality
OP-07 cards are legal in official tournaments from the pre-release date in your region. The set remains Standard legal, subject to the official Bandai restriction list.
Collecting, rarity and market
The Sabo and Portgas D. Ace Secret Rares are the anchors of the set, followed by the Treasure Rare and the alternate-art Leaders. Egghead being an ongoing arc at the time of release kept demand high well past launch.
Card by card, the average value is shown on the matching page. It shifts with the market, with rarity, condition and demand.
Other printings
OP-07 is also printed in Japanese. It has never been printed in French: the French edition of the game began with OP-09 in February 2025.
