Pillars of Strength is the third main set of the One Piece Card Game, identified by the code OP-03. It has been available in English since 30 June 2023. The set contains 127 card types, including 8 Leaders. See below for the full card list and the average prices attached to it.

OP-03 completes the colour wheel: it is the set that introduced yellow, the sixth and final colour of the game. Its cast is built around the antagonists the Straw Hats have faced, from East Blue through Water Seven to Whole Cake Island.

The eight Leaders
OP-03 introduces eight Leader cards:
- Portgas D. Ace (red) - trashes Events and Stages from hand to gain power in battle
- Kuro (green) - rests two East Blue Characters to set itself active and rest an opposing Character
- Arlong (green/yellow) - free-plays a low-cost Character with a Trigger while attacking
- Nami (blue) - wins the game when your deck hits zero instead of losing, an alternate win condition
- Iceburg (purple) - cannot attack, but deploys Galley-La Company Characters from hand
- Rob Lucci (black) - sets itself active when an opposing Character is K.O.'d
- Charlotte Linlin (black/yellow) - refills your Life from the top of your deck when you are running out
- Charlotte Katakuri (yellow) - looks at the top Life card of either player, the defining yellow effect

Yellow completes the wheel
Yellow is the colour of the Life area. Its cards look at Life cards, move them, add to them and trigger off them, and OP-03 is where that identity was set out, with the Charlotte Katakuri Leader as its clearest expression.
The Nami Leader is the other oddity of the set: it flips the deck-out rule, turning an automatic loss into an automatic win. It remains one of the few genuine alternate win conditions in the game.
Notable cards
The two Secret Rares are Sogeking (OP03-122) and Charlotte Katakuri (OP03-123). The Katakuri Secret Rare was reprinted in the Premium Booster PRB-01.

OP-03 cards are spread across several products, available since 30 June 2023:

- Booster display of 24 packs
Starter deck ST-07 Big Mom Pirates, the first all-yellow deck, released on the same day and shares its cast with the set.
Tournament legality
OP-03 cards are legal in official tournaments from the pre-release date in your region. The set remains Standard legal, subject to the official Bandai restriction list.
Collecting, rarity and market
OP-03 is the set collectors go to for the villains of the series, and its alternate arts are among the most reproduced images of the early game. The most sought-after cards are the Sogeking and Charlotte Katakuri Secret Rares and the alternate-art Leaders.

Other printings
OP-03 is also printed in Japanese. It has never been printed in French: the French edition of the game began with OP-09 in February 2025.
