EB-03 is an Extra Booster given over entirely to the heroines of ONE PIECE. It gathers in a single release the female cast that had been spread across a dozen sets, and gives Nefeltari Vivi a new Leader card.

Nefeltari Vivi in blue/red
The set's only Leader is Nefeltari Vivi, in blue/red. Her main effect grants Rush to one of your Characters without a When Attacking effect, while weakening an opposing Character: an offensive profile that unlocks cards which are normally slow.
Her second effect lets you discard a card rather than lose a Character with a base cost of 4 or more, which gives the deck a resilience unusual for an aggressive build.

A set that cuts across archetypes
EB-03 is not organised around a story arc but around a selection. Vivi, Nami, Nico Robin, Uta, Boa Hancock, Jewelry Bonney, Yamato, Perona and the rest of the cast sit together in one set.
That makes it an unusually broad support release: almost every deck in the format finds a card or two here, whatever its colour or archetype.
Notable cards
The two Secret Rares are Uta (EB03-061) and Trafalgar Law (EB03-062). Alongside them sit 9 SP card types with a special design, plus the alternate versions of the four DON!! cards.
