Extra Booster: Memorial Collection
May 3, 2024 Β· 80 cards
Extra Booster: Memorial Collection is an Extra Booster of the One Piece Card Game, identified by the code EB-01. It has been available in English since 3 May 2024. The set contains 61 card types, including 3 Leaders. Card-by-card detail and average prices are collected further down this page.
This page moves with the official announcements. Come back for anything new.
EB-01 is the first Extra Booster the game ever released, a shorter format published between two main sets. Rather than opening a new arc, it exists to give older decks something new to work with.

Three multicolour Leaders
EB-01 introduces three Leader cards, all of them two-colour:
- Kouzuki Oden (green/red) - gives every Counter-less Land of Wano Character a +1000 Counter, turning a whole archetype into defensive material
- Hannyabal (blue/purple) - bounces your own Impel Down Characters at end of turn to recover an active DON!! card
- Kyros (black/yellow) - flips a Life card face up to K.O. a zero-cost Character, the black cost-reduction plan taken to its conclusion
Effects, costs and colours are set out card by card on the pages linked here.
Set contents
The composition of EB-01 is as follows:
- 61 card types
- 3 Leader cards, 28 Common, 21 Rare, 8 Super Rare, 1 Secret Rare
- 12 cards per pack, display of 24 packs
Note that EB-01 has no Uncommon slot at all, which is a general trait of the Extra Booster format.
The full card list, with rarities and average prices, is built into this page.
What an Extra Booster is for
An Extra Booster is a smaller release aimed at decks that already exist. EB-01 set the template: fewer cards than a main set, no new arc, and a card pool chosen to plug gaps in archetypes that had fallen behind.
Its clearest example is the Kouzuki Oden Leader. By handing a +1000 Counter to every Land of Wano Character that lacked one, it changed how an entire back catalogue of cards played, without printing a single new Character for them.
Notable cards
EB-01 contains a single Secret Rare. Several of its cards have gone on to appear in later products, notably in the Premium Booster PRB-02, which drew part of its reprint pool from this set.
Products and formats
EB-01 cards are spread across several products, available since 3 May 2024:
- 12-card packs
- Display of 24 packs, for 288 cards
Tournament legality
EB-01 cards are legal in official tournaments from the pre-release date in your region, on the same terms as a main set. Extra Booster cards carry no separate restriction.
Collecting, rarity and market
Extra Boosters are printed in smaller quantities than main sets and stay on shelves for less time, which tends to keep their singles above what a set of this size would otherwise command. The Secret Rare and the three alternate-art Leaders are the pieces to watch.
Each card's average price sits on its own page and moves with the market. Rarity, condition and demand are the three main levers on value.
Other printings
EB-01 is also printed in Japanese. It has never been printed in French: the French edition of the game began with OP-09 in February 2025, and started its Extra Booster line at EB-02.
